Have you ever had a gut feeling about something or someone and didn’t follow it but later wished you would have? You’re not the only one! Here's how you can know when to follow your intuition so you can make the best business decisions.
Welcome to the show notes! Remember, this is a brief summary from the How to Market Your Horse Business podcast. You'll want to listen to the entire episode for all the good stuff!
Sometimes we just need a little practical insight from someone who's a little further down the road than us, right?
Well, let me introduce you to my guest, Mandee Flanders!
Currently, Mandee is the host of The Leadline Podcast, but she was actually very involved in connecting businesses in the equine industry about 10 years ago. And, while she was successful at making connections and growing an audience, she wasn't so successful at monetizing it. So, she moved on to other endeavors, including event marketing.
Throughout the past year, Mandee has jumped back into the equine industry with both feet. This time, she's sharing what she learned along the way so that you can make smart business decisions that will help you build a sustainable horse business.
Here are 3 practical business strategies Mandee shared in this episode:
Look at multiple options when you're making a decision. (i.e. Use the "rule of three" and get at least three options to review.)
Listen to your gut. If it doesn’t feel right, it probably isn't.
Look for a business mentor. Find someone you want to from and don't be afraid to ask questions along the way.
Of course, you'll want to listen to the full episode to dig into how you can apply each of these strategies to your own business!
