Whether you’ve had a website refresh on your list for a while or you recently realized it needs some help, this episode is for you. When you make these changes to your website you’ll better connect with your website visitors so they become your customers.
Welcome to the show notes! Remember, this is a brief summary from the How to Market Your Horse Business podcast. You'll want to listen to the entire episode for all the good stuff!
Have you ever looked at your website and thought, I need some help but I don’t even know where to start?
Or maybe when we talked about goals in episode 13, improving your website was one of your business goals for the coming year.
Whether you’ve had a website refresh on your list for a while or you just put it on there for the new year, I’ve got some good news. In this episode, I’m going to tell you exactly where to start.
We’re talking about the 6 changes that will instantly improve your website.
What do I mean when I say improve?
Of course, I mean it’ll visually improve it. But what most business owners really want from their website is to have the people that visit your website to actually become your customers, if they’re the right fit for you.
Am I right?
So, how do you do that? Well, let’s get started.
Here are the 6 changes you can make to your website to get instant improvements:
Resize your photos to fit the page and the user experience.
Be clear about what it is that you do. (i.e. Get rid of the clever stuff that's actually just confusing.)
Use fewer words and break up your paragraphs.
Include a call to action. (Tell your visitors what you want them to do.)
Include your contact information.
Collect email addresses (leads).
Now, I want to hear from you inside my free How to Market Your Horse Business Podcast Community on Facebook. Which change will you take and run with on your website today?
